Your Donation Can Provide Hope After Regret
Abortion Pill Reversal (APR) is a medical intervention designed to reverse the effects of the abortion pill, providing a second chance for women who regret their decision. With the support of your donations, we offer APR services around the clock, ensuring help is always available
APR is most effective when started within 24-72 hours after taking mifepristone and before taking the second pill, misoprostol. Research has proven a success rate of 64-68% when started within the recommended time frame.
APR involves administering progesterone, a hormone essential for maintaining pregnancy. By counteracting the effects of mifepristone, progesterone can help sustain the pregnancy and is used in fertility treatment for women at risk of preterm labour.
Progesterone is given in one of two ways: through pills taken orally or through injections. The treatment continues through the first trimester of pregnancy.
Progesterone has been used safely in pregnancy for decades. The APR protocol is based on this long history of use, ensuring it is both safe and effective for mothers and their babies.
We provide APR services 24/7, 365 days a year. Your donation ensures that no call for help goes unanswered.
Our comprehensive pre-abortion screening includes checking for anemia, determining Rh status, and performing ultrasounds to ensure the health and safety of the mother and baby.
We are committed to supporting life. We do not perform or refer for abortions, focusing instead on life-affirming options and support.
From Pregnancy Tests to whole-life help for moms for up to 2 years, we want to be there for them. We assist many moms in everything including pre and post-natal care, and at times life expenses for qualified mothers.
What is the Abortion Pill?
Some people confuse the morning after pill, or emergency contraception, with the abortion pill, but the two are not the same.
The abortion pill is FDA-approved up to 10 weeks after a woman’s last menstrual period.
The abortion pill is not an option for people with certain medical conditions, if the pregnancy is not viable, or if the pregnancy occurs outside of the uterus.
We provide FREE ultrasounds to determine this through Holy city Mobile Pregnancy Center
The term, “Abortion Pill”, is a combination of two abortion medications, Mifepristone and Misoprostol, used simultaneously
in the termination of a pregnancy.
It is an abortion pill prescribed during the first seven to ten weeks of pregnancy. It is a drug that blocks the effects of progesterone, one of the hormones necessary for the uterus’ ability to support a pregnancy.
To complete the process, Misoprostol is a medication that causes the uterus to contract and expel the embryo, embryonic sac, and lining of the uterus, ultimately removing the developing fetus. This process usually takes 24-48 hours and is often accompanied by heavy bleeding and strong uterine cramping.
The Abortion Pill is an extremely powerful drug and side effects are very common. Women who take the abortion pill often experience severe side effects, such as: - Bleeding - Uterine and stomach cramps - Back pain - Low potassium - Severe allergic reactions Other less serious side effects include: - High blood pressure - Joint and head pain - Nausea - Diarrhea - Fluid retention - An overgrowth of the uterine lining
